Kelly Broedlow Dunagan specializes in representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of state and federal court business disputes, trust litigation and employment law matters. Over the past eight years her representative clients have included manufacturers, physicians, public entities, nonprofit entities, restaurateurs, corporations, partners, shareholders and individuals. Ms. Dunagan also takes an active role in counseling clients in litigation prevention and employment practices and policies.
In 1994, Ms. Dunagan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications with a concentration in psychology from the American University in Washington DC. Thereafter, she obtained her Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2000.
Ms. Dunagan has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2000, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts. |
